3 Dribble Drill....
One of the best individuals drill. Helps one to learn the importance of getting to your spot in the halfcourt within 3 dribbles or less. Increases efficiency as well.

The drill also helps defenders with understanding how to identify offensive players' comforts and go-to moves for space creation and dribble patterns.
