Hi sir
I am from India. I got admission in master in automation and instrumentation engineering at Czech technical University. I just submitted my documents for long term student visa via student regime program a week ago. Earlier I have applied for a short term study visa on the purpose that I could attend my classes on time due to long processing time of long term visa

Unfortunately my short term visa got rejected saying "justification for the intended stay is not provided"

I want to ask that will this affect my long term application ?
