How to update the Tactacam Reveal X firmware!

This is just a short video of how to update the firmware on the Tactacam Reveal X. There is no update for it yet. This is one of the originals I received back in February to test out that did not have the firmware of the new cameras that was just released. I wanted to wait to update it so I could show you guys how easy it is!

Where do you get the Reveal X firmware? Can’t find on their site.

My Reveal X is showing me that my Firmware is N/A. Please help me figure this out. I do not know how to fix this issue. My status is "active" and it is registered to my account. When I turn on the camera it will search for signal forever and only show me one red bar. How do I add firmware onto this camera???

Hey mine is only taking night photos even during the day. No color photos. When I connect it to live feed it's in color but I've yet to have it take a single photo in color. It's been out for a week and I've reformatted 2 SD cards and tried both SD cards so it's not that. Should I try resetting it with the reset button/ setup method here? Thanks

my reveal X wont let me scan the QR code. i can go into the portal and see the live feed via the wifi. the firmware says 0 on the live feed. but when i try to scan the code to activate it, it say. "this camera could not be added to you account, please check if it has been previously added to you account."

i thought the tactacam's updated the firmware over the air? is this true or do you have to go to your camera every time there's a new firmware out like the spypoints?

I see these cameras are in short supply. They seems to have all been bought up and people are trying to get a lot more for them on eBay than what the manufacturers recommended price is on their website.

Hi I'm looking for some help I have the Reveal X and it has the old firmware B408. Tactacam sent me the two files to download I formatted the SD card and put them both on the card. I followed your video and it's still showing up on the app the it's running the B408. Any idea what might be going on?
