I followed the “No contact” rules and after 3 months my ex reach out to me by saying that she misses me, she called me twice I picked it the second time, she told me that her heart hurts and Why didn’t I reached out to her, she wanna me to apologize to her, if I did so she won’t be heart broken and I said okay, then I apologize and we chat for few minutes then suddenly she start bitchy and drop the call, I called her today but she’s was still disrespectful, I said bye. ( actually she has deleted me on social media but added me again from a mutual friend, my mistake was to apologize for not reaching out) I missed it up 🧠

I stopped talking to my ex for 21days then suddenly I texted him normally trying not to talk about the relationship but he brought it up. We talked about what had happened and he turned cold and blame games I did ignore his texts for almost 3weeks now for trying to explain myself didn't help anything. What should I do? He wanted to ask me but I ignored his texts I feel bad about it.

We were in no contact for 2 and half months. He went back to his ex. But in 2, 5 months he found out I was ill and called me. Then when we met at the stairs(live in the same apt building) he really smiled. Then he called on my burthday. Didn't want to end the call. Next day came for a signature I had to give to some document. Was smiling all the time. Took the pen from my hand in such a way, that he almost took my hand. Then next 2 days it's like I don't live on the planet earth anymore.🤦‍♀️ Any advice?🙏

I have an ex from 7 years ago that I have never forgotten (first love) we didn’t have any contact for 5 years and both moved on and had family’s etc but for the last 2 years have exchanged emails over time with months between of nothing recently he brought up 100s of memories of us and how much of a great time we had our relationship broke down after he never told me he was previously married and had 3 children as I was very young and he was 30 and didn’t see how I would agree to share my life with that many responsibilities, we eventually met face to face for a mere 20 mins and talked like it was yesterday then I got a message to say that he doesn’t think we should stay in contact anymore as it would not be fair on either of us .im confused but have agreed with him and left it be .

That’s how mines been for a year and he called me to tell me his mom passed and wants me at the funeral . I’m extremely nervous to see him and his family. I’m going to go there with confidence and not mention to him about getting back just there to support . Then back into no contact again

One tip is get back to the process. Let that Ex go to the end of the world where is called a long distance destination. Let them go and go where ever they want to go and be there.
