This salad is much more generous than Olive Garden's. I used to work there years ago, and the ingredient standards per person were something like 2 olives, 3 tomatoes, a couple onion rings, and very few croutons.

This salad is healthier than the Olive Garden one. You are using Romain lettuce Olive Garden uses iceberg lettuce. I need to make this one. My husband doesn’t like salads but he will eat the Olive Garden one. So this one is a winner!
