Shopping List:
6 eggs
2 tbsps mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsps sweet relish juice
1 tsp acv
AP Seasoning and Chicken Bouillon Powder

Deep Fried:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup seasoned panko
2 beaten eggs

Candied Bacon:
4-5 strips thick cut bacon
3 tbsps brown sugar
2-3 tbsps acv
black pepper
chives

I absolutely ADORE devilled eggs. I've only ever made them with curry powder and a smidge of mayo. I'm so trying those deep fried ones, they looked sensational!

Matt great tips on preparing deviled eggs...using a strainer to get a good consistency and taking your time! These all look delicious. I have never seen a deep fried deviled egg, very interesting and creative.Love watching you cook

Made the bacon jam and fried versions for Thanksgiving. I boiled 40 eggs. I pretty much had a MMIH Thanksgiving…your deviled eggs, your mac & cheese, and your collard greens. Thank you once again. 🥘💙

If you’re not a sexy chef like the man here, I sprinkle a far amount of salt into the boiling egg water….no salt gets to the inside of the egg but them peels will slide right off after rolling them on the counter. Works every single time. Try it saves so much time🤗 Now those deep fried ones yes please going😊 to make these, look yummy

Had to make your bacon jam and fried versions yesterday to practice for Thanksgiving after having them at your September Dallas event, everyone loved them. 1st time using ice bath. Seemed to make peeling easier. Still not sure whether to start with cold or boiling water. Next time I’ll use your seasoned flour instead of plain. Will probably make about 30 of each on Thanksgiving. 🥘💙
