I know the rock is a larger than life character, and a lot of people love him. Personally, he was my favourite wrestler growing up. Bit seriously, people are so gullible, just slap the rocks name and persona on a product and it sells like hotcakes, people still think the rock isn't on steroids, it's crazy. The power celebrities have in our society today, is scary, they can sell literally anything to the masses who follow them.

My big problem with a lot of the fitness focused energy drinks is that they are marketed to help you with your workout so a lot of people will drink an energy drink and then ALSO take preworkout with caffeine in it. That is a massive dose of caffeine in a short amount of time.

It made me so happy when Cristiano Ronaldo moved the bottles of a popular soft drink and held up his bottle of water. That’s what we need more of - professional athletes/celebrities promoting something as simple as drinking water, as opposed to an overhyped energy drink.
