It's great that you're upgrading your home office to be more ergonomic 😁 Just dropping my two cents here. As an OT, I'd also recommend getting either a bluetooth or wired keyboard to connect to your laptop. I know that feels so extra. But typing at an angle for a prolonged period of time puts your wrist in extension and increases your risk for carpal tunnel. The goal is to keep your wrist in a neutral position with your elbows by your side at 90°. Since we're all on our laptops more than ever, it's important to take care of the positions and postures we assume while working. Love your content and I appreciate you sharing all this information. 😁😄

thx for introducing the "forest" extension.... after installation, I found it collecting all the browser data by default... although you can customise it. I uninstall it for now... hope i can have my self control in spending time on youtube and fb.
