See how when she was talking about these hair salon people learning to listen deeply and the audience were laughing because she said it was “so profound”? She just carried on and didn’t skip a beat and kept on, and then you realise it was indeed a “profound” thing!
I admire her groundedness and seriousness i her speech. She didn’t say something just to get laughs. Often she meant what she said.

This was so delightful. I love how expressive and cheerful she is. Her simple and articulate explanation about listening was quite easily one of the best I've heard. Thanks for sharing!

Two hair dressers, a playwright and a nurse go into a bar... 4:40 - Capote was right. The best actors are so dumb. And pretentious. BBC International, of course.

I don't care for the hand gestures. I can see how Press Secty. Jen Tsaki tries to be so handsy expressive when she's talking. It's irritating and distracting from the talk itself. Who is teaching this to speakers? Annette is a wonderful actress. I don't know about the person if she thinks these hand movements help a talk on listening or any talk. It's too distracting. How can I listen?
