Kelt Drone Reeds Bagpipe | Review, Pros, Cons, Features, & Testing

Показать описание
A test and review of Kelt drone reeds. Made in Northern Ireland by Kelt Reeds (James Knox) and designed by Mark Faloon. They are not one of the typical brands that you hear about (e.g. Kinnaird, EZ drone, etc). In this video, I show how to change the pitch of the reeds, warming them up and tuning them, then a sound test with and without the chanter.

In your opinion, how does the overtones and harmonics from drones with these reeds compare to other brands? I’m looking for some drone reeds to boost harmonics with the chanter across the scale. Thanks for your reviews, I’ve found your content helpful!!

So of all the drones you've used could you rank the different types, for sound quality and ease of set up ?

Hey Kyle, what brand of pipes are you playing in this video?

The only problem I have with Kelt is that they don't supply the o-rings.

Идеальный звук. Моя бас трость постоянно звучит высоко. Приходится закрывать и открывать дрон.
