Last year this time I broke up with my toxic, manipulative, and physically abusive boyfriend. I was going through a period of uncertainty and that's when I started working on self-improvement with Lavendaire. There were days when I listened to 12 episodes at once. I started working on my dream life as a youtube and language enthusiast. At the end of the year, I got rediagnosed with a surge in cysts of PCOD level. One of my relatives died of PCOD. That's when I started working out to take care of my health and reduce weight.
