we’ve been through a lot together, from making fitness videos in high school to struggling in the basement uploading 4 vids a day trying to get on. the ridiculous Bhad Bhabie beef, to the relationships we created with the special people we lost too soon. we made our first merch together and it helped us move into our dream apartment. the YouTube plaques should have your names written on them. you were there through everything, even when I had to start over to live my truest self and follow my childhood dream. the last thing I ever want to do is let you down so that’s why i did whatever it takes to make noise. sometimes doing whatever it takes is a dangerous thing. we live and we learn and i’m grateful i have you to share this journey with. i’m here to be a real friend to you now. i hear your concerns and i know they come from a genuine place of love. i understand now that the art is what matters over gimmicks so that’s what i’ve focused on in these past few months. i’m dedicated to blowing you away over and over again creatively, and more importantly, committed to making you proud. without you I have nothing. the love, the criticism, the pain, and the rewards all teach more about being human which is something i lost touch with as a YouTuber. you’ve helped me find myself again. thank you for being a part of this moment with me. we have so much left to do and i couldn’t be more excited.

when i wrote my life is boring i joked about being the only person in an abandoned amusement park on a rainy day. if you have all the fun in the world but no one to experience it with then what's it really worth? only a place like this could cure a boring life. it was my favorite place in the world growing up and i'm excited to share it with you. i've never been good with rides and i threw up after every take, but it was worth it.

This is exactly how I've felt lately. Friends are leaving, new friends are appearing, and I just don't care. My grandpa passed away recently and I hate to say it, but I didn't feel much. I fantasise non-existence and feel like it would be nice if I die early instead of having to go through life. But I can't kms because of my religion :/

Ive been a long time subscriber Lael. Ive talked to her on IG dm's, and she's genuine.
Y'all gotta understand that people go through changes and can't always stay the same. Lael wants to grow not only as an artist but as a person. I like this song a lot, I read the description box when Lael first dropped the premiere teaser. You could tell who was there as a supporter and who was in the live chat comments as a troll.
You have talent Lael and I just don't want you to listen to the hateful comments and get discouraged from your creativity, instead take control of it, and make something you're proud of. I appreciate you for being here
