One night, I tried putting myself back to sleep using memorised phrases from your countdown. “They do not serve you now” is one of my favourites. Also “whatever has been has been…” And the image of thoughts passing like clouds on a starry night. I ran those phrases and others through my mind, with the sound of your voice attached of course, and it worked!
