If you still have not experience the heat spike from gel or builder gel .it kind of feels like hot melted cheese got stuck to your fingernail and there's no way of getting it off until it calms down.. a good way to avoid this is putting your hand in the lamp for about 3 to 4 seconds bring it back out letting it cool down for about 5 to 10 seconds and then putting it back in for the 3 to 4 seconds and then back out and then you can go ahead and cure for the full amount.. also that just for hard gels or builder and it also depends on the amount used

The pain is the heat spike when you build nails using builder and hard gel. Awsome video keep up with the good work ❤

I have this same one but it does blacking my hands i notice it immediately after first use but it is a great lamp i still love it

I usually get the nailite omega acrylic when they have it in sake. Buy the liquid get the powder free. Everytime you post these videos you pull me back in to my nail addiction.

Sometimes the lights can irritate the skin from so much contact. Just purchase some gloves from Amazon and it will solve that problem. Led/uv lamps makes my fingers tingle. Not bad but it can get uncomfortable at times.
