7400 LS digital chip creates a sine wave on 4 Mhz (schematic)

How to use a digital 7400 Chip (mother of all digital chips) to create a sine wave with the help of a 4 MHz crystal. The circuit is very sensitive on supply voltage variations, but anyway, perhaps useful for a certain application.
