Deputy Scott Dowd of the Forsyth Co. Sheriff's Office responds to a shots fired call. A police car was shot at by a man with a derringer. After the team subdues the man, he claims that the firearm fell out of the car and went off unintentionally. The man is charged with a concealed firearm charge.
