How can staff prepare all that you want when there are only so many work hours in a day.

Not wanting Grant money due to having to fork up 50% the cost is crazy! 27:36 A 50/50 Grant is one of if not the most common type of Grant!

And on top of that, why are we playing dumb political games with, “well I wasn't here when…” Nobody cares about that, all we care about is how is this going to affect the city? is the cost reasonable for what the city is getting out of the deal?

I understand the need to be financially responsible, but the mayor seems to want to reduce the budget so much that it hurts the growth of the city. If the funds are short, instead of a complete outright dismissal. Lets try working with people on reduction and at a point you will have to increase taxes. That's how you grow/develop.

A Tax neutral or even positive City is a city that’s stagnant, and while I don’t like taxes anymore then the next person they are necessary!
