The Sorrowed Man is track #5 of Nevermores EP In Memory released July 23rd 1996 through Century Media Records

In Memory is Nevermore's only EP. It was recorded in April and May 1996 and released on July 23, 1996. It features a Bauhaus medley. It was re-issued in 2006 with 5 bonus tracks, which are all demos of songs from the next full-length album, The Politics of Ecstasy.

It was their first album to feature Pat O'Brien on rhythm guitars and also the first in which Van Williams played all drum tracks

I have been struggling with alcohol issues for about 12 years. It's been getting pretty bad lately especially last weekend I feel that I hit a really hard low. I'm doing my best to make a change and when I heard this song today at work it came as inspiration. Inspiration to change my life and to not live in my own self-inflicted sorrow.

You know I've always heard the Demo version believing it was the normal one. Even if this is cleaner the demo got a strange sound on voice like it's dreamy. Or perhaps is just me lol.
