Russia is reasserting itself as the main power in the region. There is no way they allow Turkey or Europe or America into the area to become a major player. As Richard Giragosian and Eric Hacopian had hinted, a more sensitive Russia will be more heavily handed controlling their border regions. Either Armenia plays ball or they lose a lot more. Tough spot
