As a person who doesn’t drink coffee this has always pissed me off, especially when bad management allows people to be late for coffee (or cigarettes!) but not for any other reason.

“You’re late!” “John is late literally every day.” “Yeah but he’s getting coffee and sometimes he gets me one too so he’s allowed, you’re not.” 🤬
