Be very careful adding the caramel to the bottom of the pan!! I tried making a recipe like this and the caramel popped up out of the pan all over my hands. I had lots of tiny but very bad burns and now have dotted scars all over the tops of my hands. Very painful.

In Brazil one of the most famous dessert it's a condensed milk pudim. It's like this but instead of use doce de leite we use condensed milk. The recipe is 1 can of condensed milk, 2 cans (we use as a mesure the same can) of milk and 3 eggs. Mix and put in a pan covered with caramel too. We can bake in the oven like you did with this flan, but we have a special pan to do this other way. Or in the pressure Cook. It's so delicius!

Looks DELICIOUS! .. I never thought there were so many delicious versions of FLAN.. I made the one with CREAM CHEESE Yesterday, it was awesome and not to mention, DELICIOUS and easy. ( I got to admit, the Hot Caramel can be a little CHALLENGING..
nevertheless, I'm getting to be a better BAKER.. I'm not sure why alot of people flop this. Though) Thank you. 😊🎉❤
