In this video I'll explain 3 reasons why I consider the interval of a perfect 5th to work well in a major context especially in contemporary modern jazz and fusion settings. We'll look at the cycle of fifths and fourths, building quintile harmony, and which pentatonic scale can be constructed from 5ths.
