To maintain separation between ocean going tug and high value yacht a single tug must continue a slow cruise. This keeps the hawser from becoming fowled in stabilization fins on yacht and props, and rudders on tug. Two tugs pulling in opposition kept the yacht under control in the harbor as seen in a previous video. Happy sailing mate.

I'm enjoying this 'somewhat peculiar' soap opera or saga or maybe just plain old story of Axioma's adventure. Part of it is eSysman's predictions and how they play out, and the informed analysis of the why's and why not's of some of the possibilities. It has become very entertaining to me.

1:50ff - maybe this is done via software, whilst the actual boat is not mooving? For almost every computer mouse/tablet/PC similar software is avaliable - showing mouse moovements while there aren't any.

Surely sheltering from the northerly weather behind Ibiza. As for the deviation, who knows, but you'd have to suspect there's some unforeseen repairs needed to the tow, or fuel required for the tug.
