Rare moment of Britain not putting things into a museum:

I hope to see a proper E-100 in War Thunder one day instead of the weird maus turret.

It’s probably interesting to see that German tank design always seem to be overkill when it comes to firepower or armor compared to allies tank design

If the e100 had been captured by the Soviets, we would surely be able to see it today in the Kunbinka museum

They literally found an unfinished hull, literally the only one of it's kind and just said: Yea.. that getting scrapped

“Before being sold for scrap…” five words that make tread heads weep.

Ive seen a couple weeks ago a video about the e100 history featuring thoses footages: the videos also state that the company that bought the chassis did also bought a ton of other tank for scrap. However it is also stated that the company didn't melt down all of his scrap metal and instead burried/let them rot ... all this to say: there's a chance that somewhere in britain a e100 chassi is buried somewhere under a huge pile of scrapped metal

I can’t be the only one who thinks the E-100 wasn’t meant to have a sort of superheavy turret, it was made to be more of a heavy MBT predecessor (like the IS-7)

The turret was never made or found and was probably destroyed during the war so we never know how the original turret would of looked like

It would be funny if for April fools they swap out the turrets of tanks, I’d love to drive an e-100 with a Sherman turret😂😂

Now, by looking at E-100 hull, it looks like modern-day MBT(Leo 2 close) if you think only how it's looks.

They got the battle pass tanks for completing the war and had to test drive them💀

Drove 5 meters in test and the fuel tank was emty that's how much fuel it used

The Maus turret is actually too heavy for the E-100 hull, so in War Thunder it is impossible, and would actually have collapsed

The 15cm gun was already build, the Henschel turret was build and the chassis, there are pictures where the gun lays next to to turret on the ground, it just had to get put together
