Yes it is a change, and interaction are not like the the early 20s where people were happy and enjoyed themself to be themselfs. The change what I see is not good becouse it says it doesn't matter. It is very stoic and indifferent. You see ghosts rather then people, the person, to approuch becouse of unwritten rules. Money is the necessity. That is the transition. "I dont care, go away" said politely with a reputation and mask. "Dont be negative." As though it continues on doing what it's doing.

Some changes are not good and some changes do not advance something for the better either, humans need to be very careful about what they are actually doing.

This guy's role has been to encourage employees to give more and more of themselves to employers, a demand he cloaks with insipid self regarding platitudes and corporate buzzwords, which he regurgitates here. Meanwhile, employers have continued to chip away at workers' rights.
