Very less focus on Indo Pacific Strategy and its implications to Peace, Security, Stability and Development in Asia.

If 60-70 % of Global Maritime trade takes place through the Indo Pacific, with huge container vessels moving about in the vicinity of countries lining the trade route, the risk associated with oil spills, or chemical leaks is highest in this reagion. What compensation does the rest of the world provide to mitigate such risks or are the effected countries left to fend for themselves ? India should also take a lead in grouping countries that will get effected because of there geografic location and pressurize the West and EU to provide insurance cover to such countries.
