Overview of combining functions

👉 Learn how to add or subtract two functions. Given two functions, say f(x) and g(x), to add (f+g)(x) or f(x) + g(x) or to subtract (f - g)(x) or f(x) - g(x) the two functions we use the method of adding/subtracting algebraic expressions together. To add or subtract two quadratic functions, we add/subtract terms of the same power and then simplify the resulting function.

in the dividing can't you split the x squared so that the x in the top and bottom cancels out and so it will be just x/2? a question:)
