2021 Jeep Gladiator Budget Build | 3 Mods this truck NEEDED!

We just got in our 2021 Gecko Jeep Gladiator Overland. This Jeep is cool but could really use some budget-friendly mods to make it perfect! We get some help from our service center to install 3 mods that this truck desperately NEEDED! Let us know in the comments if this Gladiator looks better than stock!

So what was the final price for this budget build?

I paid $43k for my diesel sport S JT
That was with LEDs, all safety tech, cold weather, preferred package and aux switches.
4” Rusty’s diesel kit with 8000 series shocks @ $1900, 39” KM3s x 5 @ $2250 method 701 17/8.5” @ $900, OX lockers + 4.56 gears @ $3100 installed.
$52k and its an absolute destroyer off road and drives fantastic @ 22mpg

Just bought a gladiator sport.

First jeep and I’m excited to start modifying it. Not sure if I regret buying such a base model yet. Figured it would be a better starting point. But it might be too much a clean slate.

What's the specifications for these wheels? I got confused between -12 offset and +12 !

why can no one ever mention the backspacing??? Wth? Also I like ridge grapplers but mine started dry rotting and cracking at 2 years. A co worker had the same issue and he bought his from a different vendor.

What gearing was in the rear end on this before the bigger tires? Did you have to change them?

Did you need to use the thinner wheel weights to run those wheels. I know on the JT Rubicon you need to run thinner wheel weights to clear the brake caliper.

Would you tell me the cost of everything you did in this build

It doesn’t look like they did anything but swap the wheels and tires. Could have done a Rough Country lift and
35’s for a fair price and it would have definitely looked 10x better. Just a suggestion for future builds if you’re trying to move another JT with an ugly color off the lot🤷🏻‍♂️
