I have to slightly disagree about phone I get up and listen to David Goggins and go on a 5k run and lift after.
I agree about going on useless social media etc. I think it’s all about the purpose of going on the phone

I can’t sleep without my phone to distract me, I’ll start overthinking then start feeling anxious😢 waking is easy but going to bed it’s merely impossible.
