Twitch should change the mod icon, and here's why.

Moderation is a tough job and I don't think that's helped by the perception created by the icon that's currently used. Here's why I think that is and my proposal for an alternative.

I really like this idea, although I suspect twitch is unlikely to do something like this unless forced, based on what I've heard about their reactionary corporate culture.
