I been using freedom sworn bc how good it looks on her even tho the passives besides 10% bonus damage are not viable I still hit 25-27k bloom damage so I’m good with that

What is this BS? Is this guide for bloom Nilou or vape Nilou?? You don't need to level her talents up for bloom teams because the buff comes from her passive. Her best artefact set is 2pc HP AND 2pc HP, giving her 2pc EM will just drop the bloom buff by a significant amount. Do you really do your researches before making this damn video??? 😭😭😭
