He also served his guests stones painted to look like food and force them to eat it. He had lots of people killed for fun. He was just an all round nut job. Only portraying him as a cross dresser here doesn't paint him in the right image, makes him look like a guy who unfairly faced prejudice.

This boy was a monster. He used to throw poisonous snakes into the crowd at Gladiator fights to see his own people bitten and die while he laughed. He would forbid the sale of food with anything but his special gold coins and wait for a week until people were starving. He would then throw buckets of the coins over the wall and watch people fight for them. Some killing others to get them. He was disgusting.
