This was my teenage years and wow this song get me teared up. If you are young and reading this, keep your youth and innocence as long as you can. You will mourn it one day.

The saddest thing for those of us who grew up then. We thought it would never end.

I'm 52, and the 80s was the greatest decade ever to grow up in. The Midnight captures the 80s emotions perfectly, and I'm tearing up from remembering those times, and also for poor Corey Haim and the tragic way that he ended up.

Heather Graham, the 80’s. The best. As I’m approaching 50 this hits me hard with destructive melancholy. 😑

With each passing year I am more and more appreciative of growing up in the 80s. To me, it was the last decade of innocence for youth. We hadn't been infiltrated with cell phones, social media, and other forms of technology that took us away from the organic and meaningful relationships we cultivated growing up in that era. It was the absolute best of times and I wish I could relive it all over again. Such nostalgia. ❤

YouTube will be the closest thing that we will ever have to a Time Machine. 80-90 just so special, simple, perfect balance of technology, economy, people, innocence & life

The Midnight and movies from the 80s and 90s just fit so perfectly.

Of all the Midnight songs, this one hits the hardest for me; even by 80s standards this is a good love song.

The colors. The dances. The keyboards. The hair. The clothes. The 80's her farther & farther away every year. So glad people are keeping them alive ❤💯🔥 Long live The 80's

People can knock it all they want but growing up in a nice middle to upper middle class suburb in the 1980s to 1990s was a very special treat.

RIP Corey Haim, crazy how much of the 80s films he was part of!

80's were the best of everything, a small suburbia, with street lamps and with a friend! Magical is an understatement!!

I turn 60 tomorrow. I was in my prime in the 80's. I have to say though, I am grateful for the 80's but I'm also happy in the present. Time does not stand still so live in the moment and live life like you may not be here tomorrow. We can get lost in life's surprises and left turns when you wanted to go right, but that is life. Easier said than done. It takes practice but it is much better than thinking your best is behind you. I'm not talking about trying to hang on to youth, I'm talking about living in the right now. Great song and video pairing. Thank you.

I’m blessed to have been a kid in the 80’s. Mixed tapes, normal telephones, magazines, hair spray, the best music and denim everything. I’m 50 now smiling and reminiscing the great memories of my youth rolling with the boys and gals. 😌😌😌❤️
