This version of "Amazing Grace" was arranged by the brilliant guitar player on YouTube, Dave Tweedie! Inspiring to say the least! I actually played this song in an open tuning that I had not ever tried before! Here are the notes: EG#BEBE. Although I know the history of this song is controversial (especially myself as an African guitarist/African musician), the lyrics that we are all so familiar with mean so much to me. They are prayerful. The melody and harmony together make it so impactful! My orangewood guitar sounds so amazing! It records so well and it's an absolute joy to play. I feel so blessed to be able to give my music as a youtube music creator. This song makes me feel so grateful for this privilege.
