Every year hundreds of thousands of people visit Santiago de Compostela to see the world-famous cathedral and resting place of St. James — many after just completing their walk on the Camino de Santiago. And it's an incredible place.

Once again, thank you. I hesitated when I saw this video come up on my feed, but I don't regret watching it now. It brought back memories and made me emotional. I did the Camino Frances 14 years ago. I did think that Santiago was a circus and too touristy. You showed another side to the city. Now my heart wants to go back to explore some of the things I missed the first time around (well, I think I'll skip the roof of the cathedral). The camino changes your life, and Santiago will always remind me that it's all about the journey and not the destination. Santiago was the end of the camino, but life is the journey.
