The part where Mr. Krabs says "So thats what I taste like" was from the episode "Mid-Life Crustacean" which focuses on Mr. Krabs not wanting to feel like he is old.

He took that Krabby Patty from a kid who was just about to throw it away because his mom said it was old (and proceeds to point at Mr. Krabs and say "Like that crab over there".)

So when he said "So thats what I taste like", he was referring to how something old tastes like rather than the patty being made out of Krab. Much like he was saying "So thats what old people like me taste like."

No mr krabs is not cannibalistic. He said "thats what i taste like" he means he taste like the old patty since people call him old

There are shows where his dad, grand pappy and more crabs were shown

A while back, Nickelodeon released an OFFICIAL recipe for Krabby patties, I'm pretty sure it contained imitation crab. While it's not real crab meat, it still contains trace amount of real fish and crab meat which is disturbing as it's basically an official confirmation that Mr. Krabs it up to some shady stuff.
