It was definitely a help. I’ve had rig but never really understood the cage itself and had it too big. I took it off the extension that makes the cage higher and looks much better.

6:20 Couldn't you just move the camera a little further forward so that the C|Cage is a little more behind the camera to allow for battery access? Not sure if that would work but a thought.

Can the follow focus and rails you covered in this video attach to other cages to be used. I bought a decent ViiGim cage from China because it allows access to the battery compartment. It's a metal cage with tons of 1/4" holes for mounting stuff. I want to attach a follow focus that will help with the LUMIX 14-42 kit lens for now. Thanks.
