Congratulations! That is awsome news! I am so happy for you :) I' ve not watched all of your videos, just a few, but they have taught and inspired me much. I'm a first year teacher in Cairo, Egypt, I had volunteered in the States for years, where my sons went to school, and I tell you, it's amazing how similar elementary kids are around the world!
