it would be very cool if they had these in a tanto blade😎

I have the carbon fiber one. It's a bit slippery but it sure looks nice. I wear XL gloves and the handle is just the right size.

I figured that they used some sort of laminate for their carbon fiber knives. Makes sense at that price. I ordered a G742 framelock variant of this (I prefer framelock/liner locks to axis locks).

I like the mix & match that you've done. You did hit the nail on which blade type looks better on which handle.

I got a bit sick of axis locks so I got the g742 framelock version instead and I love it. My favorite ganzo so far. Just wish they'd release it in carbon fiber...

Love those knives. On my last order at ganzo I picked up a couple of their aluminum housed fire steels, and was going to get one of these knives but couldn't decide on which one, soooo many options. So I just ordered a g720 in green. I wish they made this model with the sculpted g10 handles as I prefer them to the slab sided ones. Then I wouldn't be able to resist.

Overall, I'm just a happy camper with Ganzo knives. They're all rock solid, and they perform excellent outdoors. What I have noticed on the axis lock models though, is a very slight difference in "lock engagement". My G720-O (o for orange?) has lock engagement that is way more solid than some other models. I have to move the axis buttons a good 4 mm's before the blade is freely moving. In my mind this feels a lot more secure, and seeing as I appreciate all my fingers, I use this knife a lot more than the other models.. It might just be me being paranoid about cutting my fingers, but yeah..

Ganzo, if you're reading this; Please make the axis locks more like the 720. Not only for safety, but also for consistency.

At 1:23 you show a knife with different textured handle .like the g720 .is that texture available on the g741?

Pretty good review on an interesting knife, I thank you for that !Now, if I want to put $15-17 CAD on a Ganzo knife, what would you recommend ?Please note that I prefer large blades. Thanks Jake !

the carbon fiber with the coated would be sweet. I know you're "gonna" say it again.
