The Series 8 is very comfortable on the wrist. I have the red/blue gmt. Definitely look for a discount. Nobody should pay the inflated retail price! The movement is apparently a Citizen reserved version of the Miyota 9 series with better timekeeping and 8 hours more power reserve. I don’t know about that, but mine keeps great time and is a nice traveling companion.

This watch looks really good on your wrist !!!

Fantastic looking piece. Watching like a hawk for a discount 25-30%. Great vid.

Doxa meets Royal Oak meets Formex baby reef with some Seiko dial thrown in for good. Measure. One stop shop for every watch that everyone wants.

The link doesnt work, I also tried to search for the 890 steel with blue dial but only versions available are the gold and the limited one. Could you please check?

Looks good, I like integrated bracelets and Citizen, it's rather expensive though!

Looks really good, too bad the bezel doesn’t have a lock function.

Looks like a nautilus and a royal oak had a baby.

Nice looking watch, however it needs to be 37 or 38mm to fit my wrist size.
lupodisol
Omg, using that poity hand is so damn cute!

I don't think its a miyota movement but citizens in house. Thats why its got the extra anti-magnetic properties.

very nice looking watch but imo the price is steep for citizn

I really really want to like this, and i almost do, but i do have a couple of issues with it (and it's not the price. i'd sell a watch or two for this if it didn't have the problems. Citizen are great and better than most in this price bracket. if Seiko has relatively basic sports watches in this price range, i don't see why Citizen can't. at least they can align a bezel)
1. no lume on the internal bezel. minor issue, but irritating on something that looks like a dive watch
2. no locking of the bezel crown. just make it push-pull like the 'main' crown. another minor issue
3. and this is a big issue for me: the bezel and bezel/dial proportion. i.e. in their hardest effort to look like a Genta watch without looking to much like a Genta watch, they, imho, made the bezel too thin and boring, which brings down the overall design a bit too much. everything else is so interesting and has stuff going on, that the thin brushed uneventful octagonal bezel looks like an afterthought and like it doesn't belong there
i mean, i get it. if they put screws in it, it would look waaay too much like a RO Offshore, but their 'compromise' makes it look off. imo, at least
if they ever make a V2 or something with a more interesting bezel, definitely getting one

could y''all help me. I don't anything about watches, is citizen a respectable brand? I know people hate omega, so i'm wondering if maybe citizen is a brand people stay away from.

I have tried these on at my local AD. They are very nice and I’m not keen on integrated bracelets. I have 8” wrist fyi.

Nice looking watch but the price is way too high imo. They aren’t offering anything unique at that price. Standard 8000 series miyota. Good finishing but that’s not worth 1000$
johnswick
It is a homage of the alpina extreme. Looks very chunky though.
Koishishibaman
Really nice design but at this price point the bracelet should be screwed links with micro adjust.
HarshilPandit
Actually a really good looking watch! Obviously its a nautulius knockoff but i wouldnt mind owning one!
The lack of screw in crown and useless inner bezel that doesnt lock and has zero lume means that its just an everyday watch that pretends to be a diver so ill pass😟
