... gotta love a guy that sings his decisions while he works organizing a poop fan/box "...and I don't wanna do that..." Christian y'all are a man of many talents ...

I don't have a need for any of this information but gave you a "thumbs up" because it was interesting and entertaining. The puppy distraction was fun too.

just followed all the steps laid out here with the affiliate links from the description. a couple notes: the link to the waterproof box leads to a different, larger unit than shown in the video. there are size options to choose from in the listing, but none have the exterior mounting holes/tabs as seen here. to get around this i just drilled into the inside of the box. nbd. next, as a pen couldn't fit down into the holes of the fan's housing, i used the loops/eyelets on the grill as a guide for where to drill mounting holes. finally, since the position of the exhaust tubing was, in my case, right up against a 2x8, i had a tough time getting the box to sit flush against the bottom of the house. without a tight fit, the fan would not be drawing nearly as much air from the turd bucket as would be needed, so I stuffed some bubble wrap in the cracks. so far so good. i'd have put something more permanent/professional in those spaces, but i had about as much clearance as uma thurman in the buried alive scene in kill bill, and a storm was coming, so fingers crossed. hopefully these tips are of some use to others attempting the same fix.

also +1 to the plumber who strongly recommended using clamps to hold the box in place while using the hole saw. i'm surprised our video creator didn't whip himself in the nuts at 1000RPM.

As a plumber who uses big hole saws every day DO NOT do what this video shows. The saw will lock up and the piece being drilled will spin around and mash your fingers or hit you in the nuts. Use clamps or screws to hold the part being drilled into position.

Good idea mounting the fan in the junction box. I have a diy bucket toilet I've been modifying and I think I'll add a vent system similar to yours next. Thanks for posting the video

Dude, great video! Our dart fan on our Natures Head died recently and I’m thinking of connecting to a turbo charger off our 9 Liter diesel. Thoughts? 🤣 Talk about green energy!!!

interesting as the Nature's Head is billed as relatively smell free. Knowing that this is "sort of" the case, I'll just rig up my own fan when I get mine.. :)

Did you add a "bug screen" at some point (to keep out mosquitos)?

Question: with methane rising, wouldn’t it make more sense to have the tubing go up instead of down?

can you tell me exactly everything that you have for that fan and where to get it and how much it'll cost because my Natures head toilet fan went out on me and I'm trying to do just like you did so if you can return the favor and let me know everything that would be greatly appreciated I'm going to give you a thumbs-up on this video And subscribe thank you
