I did the automatic process last week on Saturday. Till today, no authentication... I'm not sure what the problem is now.

None of these options are available under profile settings. This should be able to done by the marketing manager who is in charge of this product, rather than have to be done via the company's account owner.

Very unhelpful. This video walks you through the steps that are already outlined on the site. There is no additional information here like what to do if it doesn't authenticate even though the DNS records are propagating correctly. Have found no guidance for troubleshooting problems.
