I personally believe that Ollie is another toy who has access to factory tools and knows a lot about the building as he had 10 years to learn everything about it. He might know about the Prototype statue cause he might have made it seem like he was a worshipper as well to avoid Catnap's fury.
A detail that make me doubt he is the Prototype is the fact Poppy trusts him. Poppy knows about the Prototype and probably knows how he works and what he can do. If Poppy knows about Prototype's ability to mimic voices or take on voices of others he killed and made a part of him, she would have been more cautious of Ollie. But she seems completely at ease with him

I also find it interesting that Ollie said “No lost body parts?” If we lead onto to the fact that the Prototype might need body parts because its body isn’t capable enough, hence it only being shown as an arm, maybe the Prototype is seeing the intelligence in you because you’ve gotten so far and have completely many puzzles. Perhaps, the Prototype is planning to use your body and is leading you towards him so he can escape. And thus doesn’t want you to lose body parts because he needs them. I doubt Poppy or Kissy has anything to do with this, and is being manipulated as much as you are. This is my opinion.

8:40 one thing wrong with this part is that the Orphan's weren't attacked during the hour of joy. In the VHSs, Miss Delight says that the kids are still around and are being kept safe from her, because she would kill them all.

It makes me think, Ollie is pushing us along specifically to move the gas from the right to the left, but what does that even do? All he says is "We need to make that red smoke go left instead. That's how we can get to him."
But we have our fight with Catnap before diverting the smoke, so why do we even bother to divert it afterwards? It feels very intentional, he might have been manipulating us to do that, and wants the red smoke for something else.

I want to point out that Ollie even says (paraphrasing) "This is where they kept the kids"/"This is where the kids were kept". Ollie didn't say "This is where they kept us" or "This is where we were kept" or anything to imply that Ollie was one of the Orphans that lived within Playcare. Especially since children wouldn't refer to other children as "kids" that's a phrase used by those who are older.

Additionally, Ollie dismisses certain things and is like "anyway" and moves on, despite something horrible happening. He has an indifference towards the player's well-being. When talking about "owchies" or the loss of limbs, it is a bit on the nose to talk about that after seeing what happened to DogDay, as if mocking what happened.

There is so much cadence in Ollie's voice at very weird times, like you said, as if trying to mimic a child.

There was a video showing that the Prototype is able to mimic voices. It is not a stretch after years of practice that he was able to figure out how to speak in one voice (rather than multiple as it was before) and especially in the voice of a child. By the looks of things, the Prototype speaks from the toys that he has consumed. There might have been an Ollie at one point, but not anymore....

in one of the VHS tapes, we hear a professor talking with prototype. at the start, prototype sounds like a kid, but near the ending, he has completely replicated the professors voice.
maybe when prototype saved theodore, he must've taken his voice in return.

ok best theory i've heard is hes the security system! The reason he says "No ouches or lost body parts?" is because he has a censor system. But he can say lost body parts to say stuff like "If you use the grabpack on someones head then you will lose a body part" and thats why he can send us batteries quickly! It also makes sense when you remember, some doors in chases are closed but open if they lead us the right way, thats ollie opening them! Hes been helping us this WHOLE time!

My theory is that Ollie is baby long legs. it would explain the voice since baby long legs character is supposed to be a child. as well as the fact that even in 10 years his voice would stay the same because of his voice box. And since it’s been ten years and he was likely there for the hour of joy he’d know about the factory. If so he would know about the prototype and what he looks like. He likely pretended to be a follower of the prototype to escape death, but he soon changed his actions and betrayed both the prototype and mommy long legs after I think prototype and catnap killed daddy long legs infront of baby, while they were both trying to escape from his control. After this baby/Ollie would start working together with poppy to get the protagonist back to playtime Co so that he could free them from their toy bodies and kill the prototype

Poppy and Kissy Missy told us that it was because of Oliie that they found us during the scene shown in 2:12. This makes me believe that poppy and Kissy Missy already know Ollie and considering that they both despise the prototype, I don't really think it's possible for Ollie to be the prototype. Because if ollie was the prototype, Poppy and Kissy Missy would have known about it and never even asked for Ollie's help in the first place! However, we have seen that Ollie's name pops up in green colour and even his voice is like that of a child. Green colour? Sounds familiar right? This because it was the colour of the Boogie Bot too! So I think its more likely for Ollie to be the Boogie Bot than it is for him to be the prototype.

Ok, here's what i think, at 1:59 he talks about how Ollie could have been 2 or 3 years old when the hour of joy happened, and how it was pretty much impossible that he could've survived, but here's the thing, i have 2 different theories, one, is that Ollie was actually 2 or 3 yrs old when this happened, and he may have been with his dad, one of the workers when the hour of joy happened, and the toys and prototype decided not to kill him because he was so young, so they may have decide to train him and raise him to help the prototype and the toys, to lure the player into his trap, second theory is that again, Ollie was young and was raised by the toys and the prototype, but after Ollie heard their plans, he decided to turn against them and help the player instead....just a theory...

The way they added a new line of congradulating you for defeating catnap, it strangely implies that Ollie doesn't seem all that attached to the victory. Like he's pretty much saying "congratz, you win this time so maybe you're one step closer to the prototype". He says no personal detail about how he feels about winning, just that you won and you're onto the next step. If you swap him with the prototype, it fits as if the prototype himself is congratulating you on defeating catnap as if it was part of the plan all along.

I also have something in my mind like, When Mommy Long Legs mentioned something, “You'll me make me a part of him (or without the a)”, What if Poppy or Ollie/Prototype was just helping the player to kill Huggy, Mommy, Miss Delight, and Catnap to make the Prototype even stronger?

My opinion about this theory:

This almost sounds like its canon. Since based on Prototype's VHS, we can hear multiple voices from just one person. Meaning that the Prototype disguised his voice into a child like voice. But it some parts, he needed to be a little higher to match the child's voice. So thats why you heard some pitch ups in the dialogue. But something about this theory may make it false. I heard in one of the old files from Chapter 2 (i think), there are files about a child named "Ollie Ludwig". And the child was dead after he got sick. So maybe, he was given another chance to posses something, probably Elliot experimented on him to make him live. But not in the human way.. instead in Playtime co's heart and.. everything! So he was able to control almost all gadgets and other stuff inside Playtime co. And even maybe had access to look everywhere hidden in Playtime Co. Thats why he knew about the shrine Catnap made, and the reason he could send keys to the player.



And that proves my point that this theory may or may not be true.
