How did I not learn this before! A genius trick that everyone should know

Ingredients:
14 eggs
2 slices of lemon
3 tablespoons of semolina flour
2 teaspoons of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Wheat flour for breading
Vegetable oil for frying

I loved this recipe! I've never thought to add lemon slices to the water when boiling eggs, it's such a genius trick! And the end result is amazing, the eggs are so tender and flavorful.
