you have come such a long way, since when we first gained independence in 1965 to creating our own "language" (aka singlish)! I really think that we have grown much as an innovative and smart city! When my friends who are not from sg visit my country, I feel very proud when I show them our eye-catching skyscrapers and letting them taste our delicious food from the hawkers centers!! We have grown in many ways, we are very united as a country, in a sense that we don't judge others just because of the colours of their skin. People feel very welcome in this loving country. We have never really thought about how much we have grown as we always take our public transport for granted. We even have our own army to protect our country! (happy ns50 and THANK YOU FOR your service ns men!) We have even forged relationships with many other countries so it shows how multi-racial we are! So to this wonderful little red dot, happy birthday and let us grow to an even better country!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! :))

It's so nice to see the substantial efforts in promoting recycling and proper disposal of waste. Kudos to the team who thought of all these little ideas to make things easier for everyone who's going to be at the parade. Sadly, I won't be getting a chance to be a patriotic Singaporean at the floating platform this year, but I still hope to win this great Fun Pack so I can feel patriotic even at home! Although I'm not a Singaporean, the time lives in this country always amazes me with the food, environment, safety and friendly. It is hard for a small country to grow so strong but SG did it.
