Please have a look at making a traditional American Foursquare, like the old sears catalog homes. Upgraded for modern flow, of course. I think that would be appealing.

I really want a two story, four boxabl set up where one side has a double height ceiling. In other words, the upstairs space on one side has an open balcony looking down on the living room on the first floor inside the home. It's for my golf simulator. Also want an attached garage.
