Ukraine Urges Allies to Approve Strikes on Russian Bases

The Ukrainian Armed Forces could significantly reduce destructive strikes on their cities by targeting Russian aircraft and missile launch sites on Russian territory, says President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The UK Ministry of Defence is considering supporting this request. Germany, however, rejects calls to shoot down Russian missiles and drones over Ukraine and opposes lifting restrictions on attacks using Western weapons. All eyes are on the U.S. now.

So which countries _haven't_ approved strikes inside Russia yet?
I know the German government is a bit whimpy, but none of the weapons we provided can strike inside Russia anyways, so it's pretty irrelevant imo. (And I suspect Taurus cannot fly strait anyways, which would explain why we haven't supplied any of them.) But as far as I can see, everyone else already gave green light for strikes on military targets in Russia already, especially the US and UK who provide the bulk of weapons that are capable of doing so.

A+ for all the effort being put into diverting attention away from Ukrainian losses in the East and along the river in the South. Russia continues to occupy more land than Ukraine is liberating. This trend, if not reversed, will eventually force Ukraine to capitulate. The amount of manpower and equipment that Ukraine destroys means little if the country itself continues to shrink more and more with each passing day.
