Bruh I swear this Hachimaru dude is so damn underrated like bruh 😭 he's one of the strongest dudes out there and his scaling is really complex and esoteric.
Him being Fudo myoo who's the very concept of information and on top having power to do anything with infinite intelligence this combo alone makes the dude extremely busted

Now I personally scale Artoria to Outerversal.
Mainly bc her sword can delete concepts and some of the enemies in the games are literal incarnations of concepts that almost any of the servants can effortlessly destroy.

And being outer does make you irrelevant speed automatically. And if that's not enough she literally outsped someone who is beyond the concept of time.

Time for Hachimaru.

Hachimaru at the end of the series absorbed Fudo Myo-o who was stated to transcend the concepts of life, death and time.

This would make him low outerversal with irrelevant speed immediately.
But what separates him from Hachimaru is that Hachimaru has infinite stats on intelligence.
As to why this is important it's bc Fudo Myo-o's main ability is to grant *any* wish.

He even entrusted it onto Hachimaru to go and make everyone's wish come true. Hachimaru even stated that he just had to imagine himself not dying and he didn't.

Given the fact that he has infinite intelligence he can imagine an infinite number of concepts, abilities and events on an outerversal level, within zero amount of time bc he is irrelevant speed.

That would scale from High outer to boundless.

This is not where it ends since Hachimaru's hax is even more busted. Since he is completely unaffected by concepts like life and death, you can't actually kill him..

Hachimaru also exists on a spiritual plain of existence, like a complete god.

He has accomplished feats such as possession and fate manipulation while being in this state and he does it effortlessly.
Let's not forget that whatever he imagines becomes true and he has infinite intelligence while also being outerversal without his hax.
