Nothing is worse than brain fog. Walking into a room and forgetting why you went in, or making mistakes at work. Nightmare.

The symptoms I hate the most are fatigue during mid afternoon and sensitivity to cold.

Being tired the time and brain fog are the worst! It's like the information I want to say is upstairs or in another room. I can get to it, but it might take a minute

I thought these were going to be less spoken of symptoms, but I've heard them all before .... Does anyone else get cloudy-ness in your eyes, anxiety, trouble breathing and tremors?

Thank you so much for this video. I've been worried about hypothyroidism in myself and have wanted to get checked on it by my doctor.

Have just started taking sea kelp, my whole body started to deflate and the brain fog has almost completely disappeared.

How are these surprising symptoms? Pretty basic, common for hypothyroidism, Hashimotos.

I went to the doctor 2 years ago with a a swollen lymph node under my left jaw and with mood problems. He prescribed me an Ssri and antibiotics. Fast forward to now I went to the doctor with same symptoms and asked for my thyroid to be checked and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism likely hashimoto

I had hyperthyroidism now I have hypothyroidism. I have brain fog everyday, anxiety and depression. It’s still hard to believe hypothyroidism alone is causing all these symptoms because of my anxiety i start thinking I could have other disease. I start thinking my insomnia killed my braincells cause I have a hard time concentrating and thinking. Its a misery. I feel like a robot. I haven’t been myself at all. I used to be so talkative now I’m mute.

is one of my worst symptoms, along with irritable bowl and muscle weakness. I started taking full spectrum CBD oil last week and it has helped tremendously. I'm just starting the AIP diet.

The thyroid symptoms seem exactly like anemia/b12 deficiency symptoms..so i get confused because i have most these symptoms..migraines, brain fog, depression, nausea, red eyes, dry lips, no strength or energy at all, lower sex drive, shortness of breathe

One time I was in class and my voice totally went out when the teacher called on me and she was like, “oh sorry I didn’t know you had a cold.” I was like, “yeah...a cold...😓”

I have all these symptoms:
-Fatigue
-Sensitvity to cold
-Speech problems (Unable to say sentences or I mix up words and letters)
-Dry skin & hair
-Apathy
-Memory loss (in fact this symptom was going to be listed first but I forgot which symptom to remember)
-Hours lost in time (a 9hour work day feels like 2hours. No this isn't a blessing)

EDIT: Realized I forgot to mention I'm getting blood work done tomorrow, idk what the results will be but I am certain I have hypothyroidism. Feel free to ask for updates if you read this
