This apartment is located in the new residential area of Paleochora just above the big Sandy beach. From this apartment you can enjoy the nice view to the beach and the village. The neighborhood is quiet, just five minutes walking from the Towncenter. There are two big supermarkets at the Sandy beach in a walking distance and the neighbors are friendly and discreet.
